VIRGOLE
Virgole is a collection of points light and wall vases that you leave behind inspire by manipulation craftsmanship: the observation of raw material that is inert but ductile it lets itself be molded with soft gestures, becoming solid and immobile in the weather. Here is what the craftsman does becomes graphic form: tubular sinuous and dynamic can be get close together creating gods aesthetic and functional combinations customizable.
Strongly inspired by the art, ideas and skills of the craftsman, Giulia believes that design is the way to blend experiences, knowledge and beauty, thus finding a way to continue talking about herself through objects.
Giulia Bortoluz was born in 1993 not far from the Belluno Dolomites and since childhood she has shown a strong interest in drawing, which immediately becomes a tool to express one's being. A passion that then becomes aptitude for the project gained thanks to a diploma obtained at a graphics institute and subsequently, to the degree obtained in 2017 at the Industrial Design faculty of the IUAV in Venice.
